A few minutes ago my help was requested in a very special problem!! A ukrainian truck driver got lost in austria (Linz). The company sent a truck driver that speakes no english, no german just russian to a country where he can´t even read the signs!! Via telephone conference we tried to direct him, but still he can´t find the way.
Before my stay here I heard that they aren´t always perfectly organized but now I know that it is right.
At the end I just learn out of this whole situation, that you don´t always need a plan or perfect knoweledge of the toppic. It is enough if you know how you find and get the support you need!!
